At Addicted Bespoken, we strive for sartorial perfection; if your custom garment doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return and alteration window to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original designer tags.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return or exchange request within 14 days of receiving your order.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including the invoice and any specialized garment bags or accessories provided.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Atelier

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master tailors verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or begin your bespoke exchange within 5-7 business days.
